The restaurant offers an outstanding (sea)food experience rooted in Hokkaido’s local cuisine. The fish is exceptionally fresh, and the staff are warm and welcoming, taking the time to explain each type of fish and dish in detail. The ikura bowl (overflowing salmon roe rice ball) is the clear highlight, and the menu also features rare regional fish such as Hakkaku (octagon fish). We’ve also tried the king crab, fried shrimp and Tuna sashimi among others; all were great and super fresh!

It’s very special experience for dinner here, plus restaurants vibes and create a energy and delicious atmosphere for customers. I also brought a t-shirt with full of salmon roe icon after dinner; what a pretty cute icons.

Amazing izakaya experience in Sapporo! The vibe is cozy and lively, and the staff are super friendly. Their famous tsukko meshi (overflowing salmon roe rice) is a must-try — the serving performance is so fun! I also loved their wasabi potato, 9 kinds of sashimi plate, grilled tsubugai (whelk), and the salmon kimchi — everything was super fresh and flavorful. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and it’s a real taste of Hokkaido. Highly recommend booking in advance!

Excellent food !!! Totally love the vibes and service here too. Food was authentic, has its own unique flavours and super fresh. We ordered the set which comes with salad, sashimi, baked potato with squid guts, grilled fish and seasonal menu. All are extremely incredible and my favourite is the baked potato with squid guts as well as the salmon sashimi that has better quality than other high end restaurants I've been to. This place requires reservation in advance, not too expensive and would highly recommended it !! Requires reservation in advance.

"I'm obsessed with this place! My daughter shares my love for ikura, and we were both in heaven. Servers will tell you don't go overboard ordering. As when I ordered two large bowls of overflowing ikura. She cautioned, saying it's too much. It's nice of them, so I ended up ordering one for my kid small and mine medium. Don't worry about food quality, which is really, really good. I suggest you make a reservation. Pro tip: If you book through Google, your reservation will be for the second-floor location. Yes, there are three identical restaurants in the same building - mind blown!"

I had one of the best ikura bowl . It came out with a surprise “ performance “ and they are very generous with the portion of ikura . We also ordered the Omakase sashimi platter and was served with the freshest ingredients and one of the best uni we had Place was buzzing with people and an absolute vibe to be at in the heart of Sapporo

Visit the second time since 5 years ago. Always amaze how they engaged with the whole room full of customers. Foods are served with izakaya style and you should expect the cover charges (small bite). The main dish is still the ikura rice. Creamy, fresh and umami. Packed with flavours. The ikura likes fireworks in the mouth

There were 2 branches in this building — one on the GF and other on 2F. We visited another branch and they don’t accept walk-ins, so we searched online and got the 10PM slot at this place. Not really senior or PWD friendly unless you’re fine with sunken seats. Price is relatively expensive, but I think it’s kind of expected. The Ikura wasn’t so salty but it could get overwhelming. One of the staff recommended Hakkaku (octagon fish) and it turned out to be the group favorite! A firm yet refreshing sashimi.
